Coaching



Spiral of Life Coaching offers both Individual and Group Coaching Services.  Together, we can create a program to suite your individual or team needs.

Laurie may incorporate any assessments she deems relevant to your success into these coaching programs.

Individual Coaching

I work with individuals on a month-by-month basis to help you achieve success in work and  life.  We will design the coaching relationship to meet your specific needs and agenda.

I will work with you to construct your vision of the future, identify your definition of success and help you eliminate any limiting beliefs, habits, and patterns that may keep you from reaching that success.  Each individual has a unique sense of life balance and we will work to find your personal perspective on balance and I will provide you with practical tools to set and maintain boundaries which honor you and your life.


Available Coaching Programs:

Program 1:
  • 3, 1 hour coaching sessions per month
  • Sessions can be in person, via telephone, or combination
  • 3 Month Initial Commitment, month-by-month after that
  • $500 fee per month
Program 2:
  • 2, 1 hour coaching sessions per month
  • Sessions can be in person, via telephone, or combination
  • 3 Month Initial Commitment, month-by-month after that
  • $350 fee per month
Program 3:
  • 1, 1 hour coaching session per month
  • Session can be in person, via telephone, or combination
  • 3 Month Initial Commitment, month-by-month after that
  • $185 fee per month
  • NOTE: This option is for individuals who have achieved their initial goals and are looking for continued accountability
